Vertical Garden Supply Returns: Please contact us with any questions and concerns as we provide excellent product support. Returns are accepted with full refund of original product purchase price to original purchaser for up to 3 months from purchase on our website store only. The product must be unused and in resalable condition. We do not refund original shipping fees and do not pay for return shipping. We cannot accept returns for live plants or soil (growing media) due to their fragile nature. Product purchased from dealers and distributors other than our company web store are governed by the return policy of those entities and not subject to our terms and conditions.
